Toy Drop!!
HI!!!!! Well, its been forever yet again, but I have been crafty! Mostly for swaps on Craftster, but I had to come on and share this!! I just found The Toy Society. If you don't know what it is you can check it out here http://thetoysociety.blogspot.ca/ Basically, you make a toy and drop it for someone to find. Sounds fun right? I thought so, so I joined, printed out my tags and worked on a toy. I was worried about it being found by someone who wouldn't appreciate it and love it, so I looked for the perfect quick little pattern. And I thought about this one!!! I've made it before and who doesn't love Mario?!?! http://wolfdreamer-oth.blogspot.ca/2009/04/bombomb.html I figured young or old, whoever found it would be happy. So I made him up and sent him on his way, I thought the perfect place would be if I went to pick up the kiddies from school a little earlier and just dropped it there when no one would see me. Well, that didn't work, cuz guess who found it and brought it home? MY KIDS!!!! hahahaha, so I explained it all to them and they got as excited to hide it as me. So off we went to the park behind our house and we dropped it there. Then we left. We went out for a couple of hours and one of their friends found him. They didn't tell the it was from us though. But I kinda wanted it to go to a stranger, so I'm gonna do it again tomorrow!! I did make 2 bobombs, so its perfect, maybe I'll go shopping and drop it there..... I really enjoyed doing it, maybe you can give it a try too!!! Heres some pics....

Long Time No See!
Hi everyone!!!!! I haven't been on here FOREVER!! I'm so sorry. I had a bit of a crochet slump for a while there, but I've been slowly picking up my hooks again, mostly thanks to my new inspiration........I'm due with a baby girl June 2!!!! WOW! Someone who will wear crocheted clothing!! lol, I'm so excited. Maybe I can start designing clothing now??? Who knows, I do know that I would like to get Pearl and Mrs Puff made up soon. I've made a couple of adorable baby blankets in lots of pinks. Never been a big fan of pink myself but I've bought more of it the last couple months than anything else!!! I have some patterns that I'm debating put up here for free, but I don't want to get into any trouble for posting them so I have to check some stuff out first. I promise to be back soon..........

My friend Sarah tagged me for the 6th folder, 6th pic game. So, here I go. First, the rules;

2) Select the sixth file folder
3) Open it and select the sixth photo in that file folder
4) Write a story for that picture, post it and
5) Select five bloggy friends to tag
6) Be sure to let them know they've been tagged

This is my baby boy Ethan! Its his 3rd bday here, as you can see from his shirt. I made his little shirt for him, that whole thing started on the twins first bday and I made them little shirts with their names so people could tell them apart and now I do it all the time....well, except for Quenton, hes such a poor sport!! Won't let me play dress up at 12!!! lol. ANYWAYS....I also made the Spongy stuff behind him. Hes a Spongbob fanatic. When he wakes up, the first thing he says is "Buhbob on?" Not Hi mom, not I'm hungry....no, Spongebob on!! His third bday was just this past April, so hes getting to be such a big boy!!OK, now, I'm gonna tag these blogs

Show and Tell
Hi everyone! I've gone AWOL again I know. But I've been doing lots! Just the other day, I finished this up for my twins JK teacher. Its the Sweetheart Ripple by Kim Guzman from Crochet World Feb 2009. It worked up so quickly for me, I was done in 2 weeks. This is good cuz I'm such a procrastinator!!! Their last day is Wednesday and i still have to make a little purse for the teachers aide!!! (Gonna do the FBB today) Anyways, heres pics of my Sweetheart Ripple.

And hes got a bellybutton!!!!!

She has an awesome blog here.

What else have I done?? OH! The twins had their first bday party to go to and I made the little girl this halter. I love this pattern!! And its available in tons of sizes!! You can find it here.

I also have 2 more patterns coming soon to my shop. Heres Patrick. (Sorry for the bad pic)

And hes got a bellybutton!!!!!

And lastly Spongebob!!!!

Also, I was in a summer scarf swap and it was so much fun!! I got lots of goodies!! Heres what I got from Sarah.
She has an awesome blog here. Right now, I'm trying to get the FBB done for Wed, and fix up my Gary pattern by adding Lary and Snellie to it. Pics will come soon, they're almost done.

Long Time No See!
Wow!! I haven't been on here forever! I made DHs blanket finally! I changed the square a bit, if you remember, I made a square up just for him and posted the pattern on here, Irish Pride Square. Well, to that, I added another few rows to make a 10" square instead of 8", just so I didn't have to make so many squares, I really don't like that part too much. Then when it was all put together, I added the border the same as each square, I think it turned out pretty nice.
Other stuff I've made. I made up a Robotnik!
to go with Sonic.
When I asked the twins waht they wanted, one said Sonic and the other said Robotnik, so here they are. Then I made a Gary,
or Bary as my youngest would call him, lol. And I JUST finished up a Squidward!
I LOVE this one! Patterns for Sonic and Gary are available at my Etsy shop, and patterns for Robotnik and Squidward will be available soon.

He loves Spongebob, is literally obsessed with him, and also pirates, so his Nana bought him a pirate hook for his bday. Well, with the 3 of them fighting over who gets to play with it, it broke, so guess what I did?!?! I made him another one!! I was about to make one for the other 2, but I guess the novelty wore off, cuz they don't want it, but Ethan sure likes it!
Especially in his pirate jammies!
Pattern for this will be available soon for free right here! Gimme about a week and I'll post it.

Are You Kidding Me?!?!?!
OK, I think I am obsessed with American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance. Probably because I can't do neither!! lol. But, after watching tonights show, I DON"T WANNA WATCH ANYMORE!!!! I cannot believe that they cut Jamar!!! They kept his best friend, cuz hes amazing, but hes equally as good!! And what makes it worse is that they put through that Nick/Norman whatever and The Nathaniel kid and that freaking extremely annoying Tatiana!! This is absurd!! Anyone else agree with me? Jamar has more talent than most of the people they put through. But I did get afew faves through too, it wasn't a total waste!

FINISHING
If desired, stitch black “webs” over ONLY RED parts of the scarf.
Tack the 2 middle fingers down to look like Spiderman shooting a web.
***NOTE: To make the scarf longer is easy. Just think of it right now as in 4 parts of 35 rows each. If you want it longer add the same number of rows to each section. So, if you add 5 extra rows to the first section, add 5 more to each section after as well. Watch your gauge and do your math to figure out the length of scarf you want.

Crochet Hook Holders
I made a couple of these last night. I like them, they're very basic and so cute and of course usefull!

Also, my Scrooge is now ready and for sale in me Etsy shop.
Heres a couple more things I've been working on
A Starfish Set to go with the Spongy Set
And a Spidey Scarf. I need to add webbing to this one to make it look better, but the kids recognize it just like this.
